SERVICES
All network designs are not created equal! Digicom is committed to
providing quality & efficient designs for voice & data networking
and interconnection products.
Digicom offers installation services from several equipment manufactures.
Equipment installation services are quoted independently of cabling
work and will be installed by factory trained technicians.
NETWORK MAINTENANCE
Digicom offers maintenance contracts for all projects and products
we provide. Each maintenance contract must be negotiated separately
due to the various network designs, facility structure, and location.
Our on-site installation hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday
through Friday. Non-business or overtime hours are available for nights
and/or weekends with advance notice. Projects are typically quoted
within a contract price.
Our daily service area includes all of Southern California, with extended
projects covering the continental United States. Frequently our installations
require travel to a remote site and related expenses will be billed
accordingly.
